Premiere sneak peek performance of upcoming new album
Hans-Peter Lindstrøm established himself as the artist and producer Lindstrøm in 2002 with the record company Feedelity.
He released a number of EPs, twelve-inches and singles, and over the next few years he became a respected producer and remixer on the international club scene. He remixed artists such as LCD Soundsystem, Roxy Music and Franz Ferdinand, and with the single «I Feel Space» had a club hit in 2005, and a great cult reputation among DJs all over the world.
Together with Prins Thomas, Lindstrøm launched the album Lindstrøm & Prins Thomas in 2005, and the following year saw his own debut album, It´s A Feedelity Affair, which became one of the most recognized releases in the club genre that year. The follow-up and breakthrough album Where You Go I Go Too came in 2008, and two years later he released the album Real Life Is No Cool together with Christabelle.
In 2012, both the albums Six Cups Of Rebel and Smalhans nominated to the Spellemann price in the category for electronic music, and together Lindstrøm has received 4 awards, and has been nominated with as many albums. In the years 2013-15, Lindstrøm worked with both Todd Terje and Todd Rundgren, and together with Emil Nikolaisen came the conceptual album Runddans in 2015.
Lindstrøm returned to the dance floor in 2016 with the EP Windings and the single Closing Shot, which was A-listed on English BBC6 for over a month. Lindstrøm's fifth solo album, It's Alright Between Us As It Is, from 2017 was in collaboration with artists such as Jenny Hval, Grace Hall and Frida Sundemo.
In 2018, Lindstrøm was invited by the Henie Onstad Art Center to create a commissioned work for the art center's 50th anniversary, and for three sold-out concerts he performed the work Blinded by the LEDs.
